Customer-Service Response Times

We aim to respond to customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Responses may take slightly longer during product launches, holidays or unusually busy periods.

Sending multiple messages about the same request may delay our ability to review your inquiry. Please keep all information for the same order in one email thread whenever possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Photographs of the affected product

• Photographs of the shipping packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label

• A description of the issue

Keep the product and packaging until our support team provides further instructions.

Returns and Refunds

All returns require prior authorization from NuVair.

Do not send products to our mailing address without first contacting customer support. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Approved returns are governed by the NuVair Returns & Refunds Policy.

Privacy Requests

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive information through regular email or our general contact form.

Privacy requests are handled according to the NuVair Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Product and Safety Questions

NuVair Customer Support can provide general product, sizing and application information but cannot provide medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations.

If you experience pain, excessive pressure, skin irritation or another unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Persistent breathing difficulties, severe snoring or suspected sleep apnea should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on customer-support email for emergency assistance.
